Cropping of print

G

Glen CBC

I have generated assessment and treatment plan reports that print multiple
pages of detail for one client. The reports include several narrative boxes
that can grow or shrink. The detail section is also set to grow or shrink.

Quite often the last line to print is cropped. It will print the top half
of a line text on the bottom of one page and the bottom half of the line of
text on the top of the next page.

I have inserted page breaks at various places in order to avoid printing too
much text on one page. The problem still crops up.

What can be done? Will I be forced to do some sort of merge with a word
document in order to avoid this?

Help!!!

Before you get too excited, go to the website of the manufacturer of your
printer and get the newest driver for it that is compatible with the version
of Windows you are using. I've had that happen at times when using an open
source PDF creator, and, yes, on my list of things to do is to download the
most recent version of that, after checking to see if I can re-create the
problem with some specific Page Setup entries.
