crore formatting

I want to format a range of cell/ a entire column in crore
format i.e 1,00,00,000.00 and also want to sum that entire
column.

I tried it with "fotmat cell" option by giving custom
format but it is showing format in million.

Kindly help me regarding this issue in my passport account
