Cross funcational diagrams

Hi everyone,
Is it possible to create an "automatic" text box in each of the
phase/funcation intersection points of a cross-fucnational diagram?

Instead of shapes, I have a bullet-list of text that needs to be inserted
into each intersection point. The problem with using a regular text box is
that when the phase or funcation bands are resized you have to manually
resize each one of the text boxes to ensure that text wraps and returns
correctly. Ideally, the text box would behave exactly like the labels built
into each Visio shape.

Is there any way to have Visio do this automagically?
