Cross-functional Band Prompt on file Open

Hello,

Whenever I open flowcharts, the Cross-Functional Flowchart
dialog comes up and asks if I want to add bands. I don't.
Is there way to bypass this dialog or turn it off in
the "final" documents? It's confusing the people viewing
the files.
