Cross Functional Flow Chart Shapes

Hi There,

I would like to dissassociate the shapes I have inside the cross-functional
flowchart shapes (the swimlanes) so that when I increase the width of my swim
lanes or move around my swim lanes, the shapes inside don't move as well. Is
there any way I can do this?

I am using Microsoft Visio Professional 2003.
