You can use Visio however if the wizard is used it will only allow 5 swim
lanes. This means you will need to add the additional lanes manually from
the stencil. You also may want to review the information on Cross
Functional Flowcharts.

I need to create a flow chart with 20+ swim lanes. I like using the
cross functional template but I need to have the text horizontal and
if I could re-size the lanes I could fit more on I pg. I was going to
use c sz. paper. Can someone help me or tell me the best way to do
this?
