Cross Matching?

I'm currently working on a database which contains information regarding
film titles.

I have a field called FilmTitle and have four more fields called Starring1;
Starring2; Starring3 and Starring4.

I'd like to be able to run a query(?) to open another form and list all
other film titles within the database which star the actor or actress in
either Starring1, Starring2, Starring3 or Starring4 fields. Is there a way
to select a query(?) to search in four fields at any one time and then
display the results in a form?
