Cross-platform prob

[Me]

Hi! My boss uses Office X for Mac, and I use Office XP for PC. When he sends me Office files, all of the pictures inside the Office file say this:
QuickTimeT and a TIFF (Uncompressed) decompressor are needed to see this picture.

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone else know how to fix it? Thanks!
