Cross Reference in CaliberRM

I can’t write English very well, so please excuse me any mistake I can make...

I try to open a word document with cross reference in the CaliberRM 2005®,
but it doesn’t work. When I try paste a text with cross reference of a word
document open in the Caliber, this program (Caliber) it is locked up.
How I can resolve this problem?
