I have a large number of cross references in my book. I would like to
give a common format for all of them say "Chap n Section s 2.1.3 p 32". In
the online version, page numbers are not required but when printed page
numbers are more useful.
Currently for a single cross reference, I need to insert several times
choosing different options from the dialog box. Is there a way to define this
"style" and use it to update all cross references in the document or atleast
insert new cross references based on this structure?
I am novice at macros but I am familiar with programming. I would prefer a
non-macro solution if there is any.
Thank you
