this feature DOESNT update itself automatically and there is NO BUTTON to
update all the cross-references u have in a documant ?!?!

hat shall i do :-( update them manually :-( what a waste of time :-(

Try pressing Ctrl + A to select all and then press F9 to update all fields
in the document.
