I have made some bookmarks in a document, and have a drawing that has text
boxes with cross references for the bookmarks in them.
I have 2 questions:
1) Is there anyway I can use 'select all' and F9 to update the
crossreferences that are in the textboxes?

2) The bookmarks are positioned at headings. I want to be able to get the
headings into the text boxes as crossreferences to the bookmarks without them
coming in as Heading styles (i.e. so they takie on the format inside the text
box).
