Cross-refs

The Reference dialog box doesn't open when I pick Reference > Cross-reference
from the Insert menu. Sound familiar?

Answering my own query here. I have a two-monitor setup. The dialog box was
opening on my non-primary screen and I couldn't find it. When I did, I simply
dragged it back where I can see it.
