Cross Tab/ Pivot Table type data entry

I need to create a data entry form using a query I've
created. The query has the following fields:

Product Level
Description
Profile
Profile Mix

I need to create a data entry form in the following format:

Product Level

Description Profile 1, Profile 2, Profile 3
Description 1 Profile Mix Profile Mix Profile Mix
Description 2 Profile Mix Profile Mix Profile Mix

Basically I need to create an updatatble cross tab. Any
ideas? I don't know if pivot table forms can be updated
but I haven't been able to create one.

The database is in 2000 format, but I've converted it to
2002 format and still can't create a pivot table.
