Cross Tab Query Total Formula

I have created a cross tab query in Access where I am taking the minium
number of individuals registered for a specific event (column 1) and
then I would like to have the total field add all of the columns with
the minium number together for the total. Currently, it is taking ALL
of the people registered for the event and adding them together.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Example of CT Query Columns

Field: # Registered | Total of
Quantity_Ordered: # Registered
Table: 01 Safety Council | 01 Safety Council
Total: Min | Sum
Crosstab: Value | Row Heading

A crosstab requires 3 fields. I only see one field --- # Registered
What is the other fields and their datatype?
