Cross Tab Query?

I have a simple table with the following fields; jobid, country,
state, and county, i use this for a report that looks like this

Country, State, County
USA PA Washington
Allegheny
Westmoreland

I would like it to look like this
Country State County
USA PA Washington, Allegheny, Westmoreland
NY Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn

etc.

Any ideas would be a great help.

A Crosstab can't easily do this, but you can get this concatenation with the
help of a little bit of VBA code:
