cross tab reports

hi i am working on a cross tab report that shows calls that are closed by
sales people yesterday. to this report i need to add 2 more columns that
shows count of calls that are opend 2 days before and closed yesterday that
is in 24 hrs. and other column i have to show reports that are opend opend 2
days before and closed in 8hrs
howcan i do that. As first fist part should have all the call detils that
are opened and and any time but closed yesterday. and next 2 columns should
have 8 and 24 hr that are opend 2 days before
