Cross time zone problem with MS Project server

We are using MS Project Server across two sites (Canada and UK).

Some tasks that are entered in Canada are dislocated when viewed in the UK
via MS Project Server or via web access. However, if the local of the UK
computer is changed to Canadian time zone, the problem goes away. Also, if
the project file is saved locally in Canada and sent to the UK, the tasks are
displayed correctly when open in the UK.

It seems like Microsoft Project Server is the problem. Any idea on how to
get around this problem?
