I'm having difficulty using the drawing tools because the crosshairs that I
normally see on my other computer(desktop) does not show up on my laptop.
When I try to add an arrow to my notes I'm not exactly sure where the arrow
is going to end up and I always have to move it to the appropriate location.
I am currently running Windows Vista Home on my laptop(the one I'm having
problems with) and searched all over the tools and options sections for the
enabling of the crosshairs, but no luck. My desktop computer is running
Windows XP and had this same problem before, but was recently fix when I
reinstalled Office Enterprise. I tried reinstalling Office Enterprise on my
laptop hoping it would fix this problem, but again no luck. Please help.
