Crosstab Formatting

Is there any way to format a crosstab query? I need a
very small one (physical dimensions) and Access will not
allow me to even change the font.

I have fields employee, training and trainingdate. There
are about 8 types of training and if I cannot get the
Xtab query to get smaller my only option is to use a
series of append queries one for each type of training to
build another table so that each training course has it's
own column. This way I can view it in a continuous forms
mode and change to a very small font.

Seems like there should be a better way.

As always, I really appreciate the help.

I export them (or copy-and-paste them) to Excel for formatting and
sprucing up.

Also, if you put the query into datasheet view, you should be able to
display the Formatting(Datasheet) toolbar, which lets you adjust the
font.
