crosstab query with criteria not working

I have a crosstab query with some criteria. I've defined the parameters in
the parameters window. It works fine on my system, but when I email the db
to someone else, it doesn't work and they get the error as if the parameter
was not defined in the query.

Any ideas. This is weird.
