Can someone help get me started with CrossTabs? I'm trying to create a chart
using crosstabs. I work in a Call center an I have created a table using
ODBC drives, the thing I need help with is creating a chart for the employees
talktime, Not Ready time which is writting this way: 00:03:00 hh:mm:ss.
