CSS and DWT

Using FP2003 with DWT.
I want to start using CSS in this site.
Do I use the same style sheet for data in the DWT and for changeable data on
other parts of the pages?
Also, is there a good tool to help with the CSS coding?
Thanks

In general - yes. If some CSS code will only be used on one page, and
nowhere else, I would place it in that page.

Look at Expression Web (a replacement for FrontPage) at
http://expression.microsoft.com
Also, for CSS only, TopStyle is a very good tool. ( http://topstyle4.com )
A lite version 3.1 is available from several sources - Google "Topstyle
Lite"
