css and no underline under hyperlink

I'm trying to creat an effect with css where the hyperlink is blue but not
underlined until I hover and/or click on it. I get the desired colors but
the link stays underlined when I create it. The colors when click and after
it has been clicked are according to what I configured. It's just that it
shows it as underlind from the beginning. Is there something I need to
change or do. I am selecting link the font, size and color and leaving
underline as not clicked

So is this something I don't do necessarily in frontpage but in the code? as
the only that doesn't work is the underline

There is no way to remove the underline using only the FP UI and the
body/page properties.
