CSS/HTML Nav Menu Code To External File?

Hello All,

I'm trying to setup a new CSS / HTML list based menu that I found at Dynamic
Drive.
The info & download page is here...

Everything is working fine, but it recommends that I add the html code for
the sub-menu items to the bottom of the page prior to the closing body tag,
maybe just to get it out of the way.

My menu will likely be identical on all web pages, so my question is... is
it possible to put this html code in a external file and have each page do
an "onload" or something. Might be handy to later update the menu for all
pages in one location. If this is possible, a modest amount of instruction
would be greatly appreciated.
