CSS with outlook 2003

I've made a newsletter in HTML with style defined in the header. I use to
send it with oulook 2000 with my html as a wallpaper and it worked fine.

I migrated into office 2003 so I have to use Outlook 2003.

The style doesn't apply anymore. I try with a CSS online. But it's no
better...

Why ? any solution please ?
