CSV export delimiting character

I'm trying to export a spreadsheet as a CSV file, but need to change
the delimiting character from a comma to a semi-colon. I know this is
straightforward on a PC as it's a setting of the operating system, but
can't seem to find any way on the Mac?

Looks just what I need, but.......I'm not familiar with Macros, is it a
simple task to create one from the code that you refer to?

I've managed to work out how to run the Macro. Thanks for the help,
it's exactly what I needed.
