CSV export doesn't save the crlf in cell data

Saving an excel spreadsheet that contains newline/carriage
return characters in one of the rowcells is causing an
erroneous output. If re-imported in excel the cell with
newlines is truncated at the first instance of
newline/carriage return, eventhough the whole cell data is
enclosed in double quotes. Sample

"Deep Fry:
1 minute at 350°F

Oven:
4 - 6 minutes at 450°F"

Help is highly appreciated.

You should find that the text is all there, but the row height for the line
will need to be adjusted to show it.
