CSV Import to Visio 2000 Stnd

I'm trying to import a csv file into visio 2k but with no
luck, can anyone provide a sample csv that I can format my
one to. The OLH dosen't really help and error message just
states failure.. Fatal error: Invalid File

are trying to accomplish with the import?

I'm trying to load the data into separtate boxes so that I
can link them together.

I have taken an output from Visual Source Safe, and am
trying to model the content so that it can be easy shown
diagramatically.

To this end the data represents:
<deployed_machine> <system> <sub_system> <class_object>
