CTF Loader

A window pops up when I turn on my computer stating that the CTF Loader has
encountered a problem and will close down any applications I have running. I
have to turn off my computer a couple of times before I can open any
application. This window suggests that I contact Microsoft. What must I do
to correct this? Thank you much

Off-topic for this newsgroup... CTF Loader is part of ctfmon.exe, which
normally loads automatically when you start Windows. See
