Hello,
According to this MS article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=282599 the
ctfmon.exe process is associated to AlternativeUserInput feature under Office
XP programs only. Well, I upgraded to Office 2003 Professional from OfficeXP
Pro months ago but I still notice the ctfmon.exe process running in the
background and starting up with every boot of the computer. I'd like to know
if such process is still needed by Office 2003 and/or that can be safely
disabled/uninstalled (can be manually started?) since I use the language
Input at a sporadic basis.
Thank you in advance
