ctfmon.exe

Running win xp sp2, office professional with Publisher.
My question is about ctfmon.exe. I have been able to shut this off according
to Microsoft instructions but whenever I turn on Outlook, this process comes
back. Is there anything I can do with Outlook to prevent ctfmon.exe?
Please help.

I cannot think why you would want to do this - which only
means I cannot think - but seriously we could give you more
