Hi,

I have Win98SE. Can't I remove ctfmon.exe from the startup?

I followed microsoft's kb article 282599 to uninstall the
Alternative user input and CTFMON.EXE is still running.
Does step 2 and 3 apply to Win 98 ir just Win 2000 and XP?
