ctfmon???

Win98se, Office2k...

Loaded PP2002 on one system. Decided to keep 2000 until full Office 2002(xp)
and win2002(xp) upgrade and or new 2003.
I deleted PP2002 from my system (control panel, add/remove BUT now I have a
left over ctfmon that is messing up my printing.
everytime I print, I get a error msg (Hpfvls06 and/or Hpfvl14).
Would like to get rid of Ctfmon completely.
The instructions @ http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=282599
just tells how to "turn it off", unless I'm missing something.

Suggestions please,

L.

Hi L.,

That KB article also tells you how to uninstall
the alternative input portions of Office that
are causing the CTFMON utility to load.

So I should just leave the ctfmon on my system, just uninstall the
alternative input portions?
