HI all,
I have outlook 2003, I have to save all my contacts because my company
will update to office 2007,

I can not export my contacts in excel as requested with the ordinary
export , excel, browse, save procedures, because if I go in contacts I
do not see my contacts. So the excel file has only the main fields and
not the name(just one row)

Could you please suggest me a way to visualize all my contacts and
simple drag and drop them in excel?
I mean all my contacts, also the one of my friends, all the people
that I have emailed in the past, and that when I try to write the
initial, they appear in the drop down menu, I can I export all the
data?

Maybe could be useful my company use an exchanging server

thank you

Why? If you are using Exchange the new version of Outlook should
automatically connect, if you are not, and you have a pst file locally then
Outlook 2007 should automatically pick that up.

You don't need to use Excel. Who told you this?

If your contacts are on the Exchange server, you don't need to do anything.
if they are local, in a pst file, again you don't need to do anything other
than make a backup copy of the pst file just in case.
