ctrl-alt-delete not showing lock option

When I type ctrl-alt-delete my computer it is not
bringing up the option to "lock". This is a new station
and I don't know if it ever had the option to do this,
but how would I add this option if it is not already on
the computer and if it is a "standard" option, how would
I access it? Any advice would be helpful...
