CTRL + CLICK to follow hyperlink setting not working with Custom Maintenance Wiz

Hi,

I am using the Microsoft Office 2003 Resource Kit to configure
changes on existing office2003 installation. One of the settings is to
disable "CTRL + CLICK to follow hyperlink". After configuring this
setting to be disabled and finishing the wizard....I run my *.CMW and
EVERY SETTING CONFIGURATION CHANGE PASSES OVER EXCEPT THE "CTRL +
CLICK TO FOLLOW HYPERLINK" . I am trying to figure out why every
setting, except this one, passes over.

Help would be much appreciated.
