Using Access 2003 and Windows XP.
I have seen this problem on some computers but have not narrowed down what
is causing it. When a user does a Ctrl-F to do a find on a datasheet which is
a subform, if the Ctrl-F result is a 'not found' the application minimizes
(thus a different application appears). (I'm not sure if it ONLY happens on
datasheets or subforms, that is just where I've seen it).
I don't intercept the Ctrl-F event and it works fine if a record is 'found'.
The computers I've seen this on were using the Access runtime and mde files.
My computer does not have this problem, but is using Access full version.
I'm not sure if this is a Windows setup option, bug, Access runtime feature,
or what.
thanks for any ideas,
James
