Ctrl K

Hi,

Friend at work trying to use Ctrl-K to search the Global Address Book
(Outlook 2003), but the contacts match window opens up on the taskbar, if
clicked on it opens but the name is not found, the list only contains about
100 entries, non of which match the origonal search. It's as if the search
field is no being passed.

Any clues, I have checked that the corect server for the global adress book
is set up etc. and of course the name is in the adress book, and this type of
search works on all other PC's on the network.

Did you check to see which address book is being checked first for
autoresolution in that profile?

Try resetting the Outlook Address Book Service for that profile.
