Using Office 2003 SP2 and Ctrl+o has stopped working. Where is this held?
Other shortcuts such as Ctrl+S and Ctrl+f still work

Thanks in advance

If you do not have any shortcut customizations, you can do this:

Tools > Customize... > *Keyboard...* button > *Reset All* button

If you do have other personalized shortcut assignment you want to save, do
this instead:

Tools > Customize... > *Keyboard...* button > select *File* in the category
section on the left > select *FileOpen* in the command list on the right >
Click inside the*Press new shortcut key:* field > do *CTRL-O* > click on
*Assign*, if you want to be thorough, repeat with *CTRL-F12* and
*CTRL-ALT-F12*.
