Ctrl+Shift+C Copy formatting doesn't work

Copy/Paste formatting keyboard shortcuts are not working in Word 2003 Pro,
and I use those shortcuts extensively. I'm a very experienced user, and I've
checked every setting I can think of that might affect using the
shortcuts--including Tools, Custom, Keyboard. Any ideas?

P.S. I recently installed Office 2003 Pro on a new replacement drive (laptop
PC). Before the original drive crashed, I had saved my Office settings using
the Save My Settings wizard. I then restored the settings to my
freshly-installed Office installation. Don't know if this affected anything.

If you've made sure that Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V are not assigned to
any other command, I don't know what else to suggest. They are working for
me in Word 2003. I doubt that it is relevant, but have you downloaded all
the updates for Word/Office 2003?
