when trying to convert HTML to Plain text using the shortcut key I am getting
Operation Failed and I click Ok and the next message is you don't have
sufficient permission to perform this operation.....

When I try to convert the HTML email to Plain text by opening the email and
covnvert it, it is ok and I am not getting the error message.
