Ctrl+shift+Pagedown shortcut no longer available

I used to be able to use the Ctrl+shift+Pagedown keyboard shortcut to do
vertical highlight for all data cells. But somehow it no longer available in
the Excel now.

May I know how to get it back

We'd be more than happy to help if we had some idea of which version of
Excel you're using & what operating system you're running it on. The
keystroke as you've presented it & the source of your post suggests a
Windows environment & this is the group for Excel on the Mac. The Win Office
