I typically use Ctrl+C to copy a formula from one cell and Ctrl+V to paste it into another cell. However, suddenly, when I copy the formula and paste it into a new cell, Ctrl+V populates the value of the copied cell, not the formula.
I believe I may have accidentally pressed something or entered a combination that toggled the Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V function to paste the value instead of the formula. Can you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?
This issue is not related to add-ins, as I don't have any installed, and this feature is restricted by my employer.
Furthermore, I have confirmed that this is not an issue with the Formulas >> Calculate Options >> Manual setting. It is set to Automatic, as usual. I have also tried switching it to Manual and back to Automatic, then closed and re-opened Excel, but the issue persists. This indicates that the problem lies with the formula not copying or pasting, rather than a calculation issue.
