Cube and custom field

I want to create a cube that will show an evaluation of “out of projectâ€
actual work hours.

For this I created a Custom Field in the Resource to contain the
[Estimation] in % that is to be used.

I created a second field in Resource to contain the following formula:

[Actual Hour] * [Estimation] / 60

Example: If we estimate that a resource is working 10% of is time out of
projects and the resource worked 125 hours, the expected result is 12.5 hours.

The result is what I expect in MS Project – Resource View

How can I obtain now to obtain a view that will show me the same but
including all the projects at the Project Server level?

Every suggestions are welcome.

Hello Stex,
I had a similar issue... I wanted to get some of my custom fields into the
OLAP cubes. I found them is some cubes, but not the one I wanted. I found the
soultion under server settings->cube configuration. The first dropdown under
cube dimensions is called "cube:". Select resource, task, and assignment
along with the defalt project. You should find your custom fields in the
Available fields. Move these fields to selected dimensions. Moving your
custom fields to "selected" for all four groups should allow them to show up
in your cubes. I'm not sure I fully understand your equations, so this may
need to be done for Cube Measures if your custom fields fields are totals.
You could also calculate time not spent on projects without custom fields or
additions to cube by creating a calculated total in an exsiting cube. The
formula I was thinking could be [Measures].[Capacity]-[Measure].[Actual
Work]. Let us know if this helps.

Your suggestion is welcome but in fact, I tried to add the information
following this process and the information is added but the result has no
value. There is simply no way to create a report break down by ressource /
Project / [Actual Work] * [Resource Entreprise Field] . I concluded that it
can be done only by reporting directly from the database.

Thank you again.
