Cube Build Fails after SP1

Has anyone had the following issue after upgrading to SP1

'EPM Timesheet', Name of 'EPM Timesheet' cannot be processed because it
contains MG dimension with the ID of 'Task Is Overallocated', Name of 'Task
Is Overallocated' with different granularity attribute than its source
object.

If so were you able to fix the issue?

Thanks

Hi,

Try searching the project.server newsgroup as I'm sure that error has come
up before there. This group is about programming with Project VBA or PSI for
Project Server.

Rod,

I have tried all the usual methods and groups while researching a cause and
resolution to this problem, the best source being Brian Smiths Project
Support WebLog. Marc Soester even posted the issue to the MVP user group.
All avenues failed, so as a last resort (apart from calling Microsoft
Support) I thought I would ask the developer community.

This is now a critical issue, which is not only making us look incompetent,
but also could give Microsoft a bad name in Australia.

As a developer I hope to make this portal my main source of knowledge
sharing and hoped that someone out there might have come across this problem.

Hi,

I am kind of new in SSAS but I am on a project involving it for 4 months now
and I quite experimenced all the SSAS errors.

So, I got this error (not after upgrading to SP1) when I tried to process a
cube with a dimension containing additionnal informations I wanted to display
while drilling-through the cube. This dimension SHOULD be linked to the cube
by a FACT relationship type. I had the error when I tried to link the
dimension as a REGULAR type. Changing from REGULAR to FACT helped me solving
the problem.

Cheers

I hope it will work for you.
