Cube building problems

When I attempt to build one of my cubes it crashes quickly, and I don't know
why. The pattern in the Event Log is very similar to that reported by Denis
in Brisbane (see bottom). Denis indicated he killed some "suspicious"
procedures. I couldn't find anything suspect and have had the same result
immediately after a restart.

The same server hosts ProjectServer, SQL Server, and Analysis Services.

This is a backup of our production database which build fine. The cube used
to build prior to the latest db refresh. At that time the DB created a new DB
instance instead of overwriting the instance that had been working.

Project works, PWA works, I can initiate a build through Analysis Services
(it fails due to data mismatches). I'm sure this is some simple security
setting that I am missing.
