cube data and msp file data are not the same!

hi
i see different data in cube and msp
for example, actual work data for one resource in one project is 123h
and that in the cube is 109h
someone say that "time phased" data are changed to "non-time phased"
in the cube and this is an error (or something like that!)
I'm so confused!
can anyone help me on this issue?
