Cube File Does not exist

Runtime error -2147467259 (80004005) OLE DB Provider for
Analysis Services.

Code to create a data cube - based on Foodmart.mdb cube
creation architecture, fails in Office XP, because the cube
does not exist. The code runs well in Office 2000, doesn't
need an existing cube(If you create a new one - how can
you have an old one?). Basically it wants a cube file
before it will create a new one and errors out.

Suggestions/Workarounds or a bug?
