Cube Won't Refresh

I'm running Proj Svr 2003 and our cube won't refresh now. We've been using it
for 1 year and haven't seen anything like this. I've restarted the Sharepoint
server and it makes no difference. When I go to manually run the cube it
starts out by saying that it was started at that specific time, then a few
minutes later you can do a reflesh on the fresh and it will say the cube is
currently being built. This process never ends. In the recent past the
refresh has been taking 30-40 minutes.

Any guidance on trouble shooting the issue here?

Any Event log errors that you get?
Have you changed the password of your service account?

I would change the build parameters so that they are very narrow, ie limit
the projects to just one day, limit the forward and backward capacity
settings to just one day etc. Alos, change the cube name and see if it
builds. If so, then there is an issue with the data in the PS database, if
it doesn't, then you have an issue with the infrastructure.
